    ·         The session will be held on Monday, June 26th from 9:00-4:30 (1 hour lunch break on your own and please plan to arrive by 8:45 latest).

    ·         The location is DePaul University O’Hare Campus, 8770 W. Bryn Mawr Avenue, Chicago, Il. 60631 in room 205.

    ·         The per person fee for 1-2 attendees is $245.00; for 3 or more the fee is $225.00 per person. The entire fee is non-refundable if a cancellation occurs less than 7 days before the date; substitutions/replacements are allowed up to the date of the workshop.

    ·         If you, or another key decision maker (from within or outside your organization), would like to evaluate our training for possible onsite delivery/certification we will provide 2 places on a complimentary basis (no charge). Please mention this when you register.

    ·         To register, contact us with the name(s) and address of the participant(s) and we will respond with a confirmation reserving their place.

    ·         Space is limited to 20 participants so try to register early.
